WOOD DRYERS AND STERILIZATION

Aerodynamic container dryers of this type do not need heat sources (hot water with co2, hot air, etc.), they do not have heaters or heaters. Heating is a side effect of compressing and releasing air particles through a turbine. Drying wood in aerodynamic dryers is a cyclic process. It is necessary to supply from 6 to 10 kWh for 1m³ of wood per day, depending on the drying cycle (fast, normal, mild). Drying of wood, depending on the cross section, initial humidity and final ambient temperature, takes from 20 to 60 days in the case of hardwood and from 3 to 21 days in the case of softwood.
Dryers are fully ecological, because the materials from which they are made do not have a negative impact on the environment. The power supply is exclusively electric, which speeds up the drying process. This type of drying does not cause cracks and deformation of the wood. Drying takes place as in any dryer, while the temperature is generated by the turbine and the air flow is thus considerably higher (in normal dryers approx. 2 m / s). Inside the dryer, air flows at a speed of about 170 km / h or 47 m / s.
Noise is great, but permissible.
The rails are not removed from the dryer, for loading and unloading the ramp is used – ie the mirror reflection of the rails, built in front of the dryer. The container construction of the dryer allows its immediate commissioning after purchase. No additional installations, rooms and building permits are required. The free-standing construction of the aerodynamic wood dryers allows any placement and is fully resistant to climatic conditions. The very high thermal insulation efficiency of the container guarantees adequate energy efficiency. Aerodynamic container wood dryers are covered by a 3-year warranty. Drying in IPPC treatment lasts from 5 hours to 5 days (including moisture obtained below 22%), depending on the method of storage and the initial temperature of the inserted material (in winter-15C, in summer 25 C). The only source of heat is the turbine system, nothing more is needed. The turbine systems we manufacture can reach up to 130 C.
