SMOP trimming and burning line

Description

Fully automatic production equipment, consisting of 5 working units (see below) in the automatic mode of starting the aggregates. The machine can work independently or can be included in the production line behind the SMPA 500.2 ED hammering machine. The device allows the processing of pallets with dimensions in widths from 700 mm to 1200 mm and lengths from 600 mm to 1,500 mm.

Device function description:

The operator places the pallet on the input feed conveyor and confirms the start of the process or the pallet enters the line fully automatically from the SMPA 500.1 ED hammering machine. Furthermore, it moves unattended between individual operations without the need for an operator until the final output to the non-driven output conveyor. The individual motors of the aggregates start automatically when the pallet passes, and after the work is completed, they are switched off until the next pallet arrives. On the output roller conveyor, the operator performs the final visual inspection and manual stacking. The control system allows you to deactivate individual sections of the line, unless it is necessary to perform a specific operation on the pallet. Another option is to include a driven output conveyor with subsequent use of a stacker.

Device assembly:

1. Input roller conveyor

• steel construction of the machine with driven steel rollers
• roller spacing approx. 250 mm (for pallets with a minimum length of 600 mm)
• driven system with manual pallet loading or fully automatic pallet entry mode from the hammering machine.

2. Marking of pallets

• pneumatic pallet pressure during marking
• pneumatic shift of firing marks
• electric resistance heating of templates – adjustable temperature
• power consumption of the firing template approx. 1.2 kW – a total of 6.8 kW
• adjustable timer for firing time from 3 to 20 s
• flue gas outlet diameter 150 mm

3. Cutting pallet corners

• 4 pcs of circular saws
• separate sliding motor unit
• suction nozzle 4x 120 mm

• possibility to mark EUR pallets with a “pin”

4. Continuous milling unit
